Instead of coming to nairaland. Discuss the issue with the said roommate of yours. And also with your girlfriend.. At 400lvl such issues shouldn't be something you cant handle

Who pays the rent? You or him?

Tell him you don't stay alone as you have a girlfriend who comes over regularly. Don't say only weekends, mention that she comes regularly and sleeps over.

If he tries to question you or preach to you, tell him that you didn't add his own to your plan and he can't question your relationship.

I think you should call your mummy or daddy for advice, since a 400level student like you can't make a decision on his own untop woman and friend matter.

Anyway just have it in mind that you may be just helping someone's wife for the time being so if your guy is a real gee better don't loose friendship with your guy because of woman. Most relationships in university hardly go beyond its four walls so take note.
