Nigeria's problem is not minimum wage but inflation.

Increasing VAT will further worsen the inflation making the minimum wage increase useless.

If it is not for leaders who are not true to the people, they should have known better to know that this is not economically sound.

I would expect Labour to protest the increment, if they really want more value from the minimum wage increment.
