Almost every Nigerian knows that we are not governed by humans. Always trying to do things that will torment a common man. But a policy that will strengthen institutions that will help grow the nation better will be a hard Nut to crack.

In their defense, when the government comes up with brilliant policies to strengthen our institutions IT IS THE CIVIL SERVANTS THAT RUN THE SYSTEM TO THE GROUND.

Blacks societies are naturally the worst of human civilization. In America, the UK and a few first world nations, black-only/black-predominant neighborhoods are the worst of communities. Quote me anywhere.
