Clarification.
By geography, the Niger Delta consists of Bayelsa, Delta, and Rivers States.

Obasanjo widened it to include Ondo, Edo, Abia, Imo, Akwa-Ibom and Cross River State. None of which is in the geographical Niger Delta.
