Giving the aged and infirm in society Stipend is not new and has no bearing on the election. Apc will be completely up-rooted out of Bayelsa State. We cannot allow Ijaw Nation to become capital of Niger Delta Militant.

It is called electioneering campaign.

No law forbids sharing of money during campaigns.

And it is in no way comparable to the nationwide vote-buying by Osinbajo in the run on to 2019 elections in the name of tradermoni.

And again, as long as it is not on the day of elections, NOTHING SPOIL.
