the electorial amendment committee formed by the late yar adua recommended among other things, that the appointment of the inec chairman be done by the national assembly instead of the president and that elections be held at least six months before swear in to enable all the agrieved parties to seek redress rather than court coming to sack uduagham after 3 yrs and six months as a gov.
