People hardly think... A stab on the neck which may have slashed her carotid artery or jugular vein isn't something that's handled with "let's try"... It's something that requires very very high level specialist approach for that person to ever have any slight chance if survival.... The niga is right. We as citizens need to learn first aid treatment in case of emergencies like this. Tying the wound to prevent more bleeding, placing her in position to encourage consciousness and breathing, talking to her to keep alert. Listen bro, let's stop all these blame games. Our police is not the best but we can also contribute towards making things better. If you get a chance to learn first aid go ahead because you might save somebody's life one day
