There is now evidence of bad blood between the camps of Governor Gboyega Oyetola of Osun and his predecessor, Minister for Interior, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola, as prominent figures in the two camps have been throwing tantrum against themselves.

Though, both Oyetola and Aregbesola have severally denied any misgiving between them, the trending attacks on facebook from the key players from the two sides have proven their denial otherwise.

Shortly after the turbanning of Aregbesola as the Amirul Wazirul-Mumin of Osun State last Friday, the state Special Adviser on Education, Mr Jamiu Olawumi posted on his facebook page, “The rug always has an owner. It is always regimented. There is a Sheriff in town. One at a time ni!”.

The Post sparked reaction from one of the closed associates of Aregbesola, Mr Bola Ilori who posted in return, “This position is neither right nor helpful to the real owners of the rug, the Sheriff and even the rug itself.

“The owner of the rug is the entire community and it is held in perpetuity. So, the rug has never belonged to a single owner at any time and it is never regimented.

“What you have by turn is an anchor tenant who coordinates the stay on the rug with other key tenants, including those on the other side of the divide on the rug.

Nigerian politicians may be unforgiven and vindictive but they lack sense of history, which has also reflected in the State of affairs of our country.

Since 2007 many of the imposed governors have consistently turned against their godfathers but still many outgoing governors still make enemies imposing their preferred candidate who will SURELY turn against them in due time. The statistics are there. Few exceptions have been Tinubu and Saraki.

The truth is that state governors have so much executive powers, immense budget and overreaching influence. Once they take over state party structure, they and their team just find it difficult to accept being subservient to an ex-governor who has become 'ordinary' man.

Oyetola is too silent in his government .oyetola has no charismatic of politician and governor if care is not taking oyetola will be the last APC government in osun . He is fighting Shadow while others are building bridges of politic,he is operating governance like his private company.it is hardly you see him addressing public as a governor of the state. He forgot he was there through a political structure which he need to manage but he think otherwise which is normal but the question is does he has what it takes to build a strong political structure to surpass that of Aregbe financially ,politically and charismatically in osun which can make them have good asurrance of wining future election by 70℅ with their opposition PDP ? To my own point of view PDP has hope if they can start using the opportunity to re strategize to present vibrant candidate towards future election bcs Oyetola government can never be popular like that of Aregbe.

Mumu supporters, last last, he would still chop & go without any meaningful thing done in that state, just like those before him. Roads falling into disrepair all over,dem no speak out. One of them head honchos caused a serious hold up last Friday. Never seen where they'll block half of a not too wide road because honcho is in their party sec building with no parking space
