The unfortunate realities with Nigeria brand of federalism is that the governor of a poor state like Zamfara state want to live the lifestyles or the status of governor from crude oil rich state like Rivers state and Akwa Ibom.

He forgot that Zamfara state is a very poor state.

He should be thinking of channeling these funds to agriculture or use it to pay pensioners or create industries to generate jobs.

In the United States of America that we copied their style of federalism ( although a unitary system in disguise) The governor of an American state like California or Texas live extravagant lifestyle according to huge earning coming into their treasury.

This is not so with state governor coming from Mexico, Utah, Kentucky etc

He looks yuppie. I hope he will govern with digital programs, not analog ones.
