Tell AGF Malami not to worry, the same rule will apply to him when he leaves office. Adoke SAN was ones the Chief law officer of Nigeria but today the law is catching up with him.
Adoke was Gej's chief law officer. The wuru-wuru the duo perpetrated over malabu oil wells is haunting them now.

nawa ooo, they shouldn't be giving excuses for disobeying court order, if they weren't a paramilitary outfit that is armed, will they be able to hold anyone against court order. na just the gun wey Dem dey carry dey fear people not to have lynched them to Oblivion.
our law enforcement agencies should be retrained and reoriented in self esteem and confidence, these guys are only sure of their authority when they are welding a gun, have you seen how a United States police officer carries himself? with the highest decorum and self respect but unlike in Nigeria here.

We have Yanbangars now we don't have police or DSS. They sure can't be called police.

]Imagine how these imbeciles in power keep insulting the sensibility of reasonable Nigerians? So why didnt just close the courts and practice the full fledged dictatorship your principal is already practicing?

How did Nigeria arrived @ this stage wherein the President, CJN and AGF are the author and final arbiters on the rule of law in the land?[/b]

Trash.
You people are only crying so much because you are not in power, if you were in power, it's same excuse that you will be giving........ A PDP governor is holding Agba Jalingo in prison YET that doesn't smack of dictatorship it's only when an Apc governor does that that it will become dictatorship, Hypocrite

And it is the duty of DSS to enforce the law and hold the culprits? When you tell one lie, you will need a thousand more to cover... You are tactically caught in a web of lies.

Thank you
But all these kids on nairaland who can't use their brains and didn't even read Malami submissions are masturbating all over this thread when the AGF clearly said there were judicial pronouncements that made the issue of disobedience of an order does not arise once a judicial review process has been inutiated .
PDP and it's online rats are just so dumb, the fact that they don't know how to test the laws made them an example of HOW NOT TO BE AN OPPOSITION PARTY

Constution

Initially, when the case was 'hot', it wasn't stated specifically that appeal was the reason for the delay.

Because you don't care to listen..... I remember that of dasuki, whenever he was given a bail on a charge, he is rearrested for charges in another case which is perfectly legal

"Not all court orders must be obeyed". Did I read that right? I'm pretty sure if any citizen disobey any court order they'll have themselves and themselves alone to blame.

This present government should know they won't be in power forever. When it's their turn to dance to the beat I'm sure they'll forget they said all this things.

Rubbish! Utter disregard for the rule of law. My joy is that there are a lot of Nigerians who are very enlightened despite being overshadowed by a half witted ruling class. These people won't let us move forward for God's sake!

You guys should stop criticizing the AGF, he is right on the issue of appeal, ask yourselves, when governor wike of river state lost at both tribunal and high court in his first election, did he vacate the government house? He waited till the matter was finalized before he knew his fate

Malami, an erudite SAN?? Are you ok? Malami is a quota system SAN and does not deserve that title.
It would be interesting to see his WAEC result with which he entered the University to study law.

its a shame that a lawyer is coming out to say that not all court orders should be obeyed.

if malami is not careful, what happened to Aondoaaka will happen to him. He cannot be AG forever.

The AGF said the release of sowore was based on the prerogative of mercy....please can the executive exercise prerogative of mercy on an accused or on someone that has been convicted? Doesn't that negate the principle of all accuse persons are innocent until proven guilty?

Since when does a bail judgment become subjected to appeal when the substantive matter is still under trial in same court?

When you type, consider your children so they don't become lost as you are.
