History would never be kind to this Government and their adapt supporters.

Why can't the NBA sanction AGFs that makes stupid declarations like this? In essence what this man is saying is that a DPO in a local police station can hold you in a cell after a judge has granted you a bail, and the DPO or any prosecuting officer will appeal the bail order to the Supreme Court level before you are released, what the hell is wrong with the a NBA? They av become docile all of a sudden, am not mentioning NJC for obvious reasons, those ones are the main reason why we are here today in this mess, they are not brave enough.

How can you contradict a man that contradict himself already. There is no justification for disobeying court orders. You don't need the constitution to know this.

The AGF said the release of sowore was based on the prerogative of mercy....please can the excuse exercise prerogative of mercy on an accused or on someone that has been convicted? Doesn't that negate the principle of all accuse persons are innocent until proven guilty?

Since when does a bail judgment become subjected to appeal when the substantive matter is still under trial in same court?

When you type, consider your children so then don't become lost as you are.
I tìre oooo. The AGF should please come out and cite a case in history where the issue of bail got to the appeal court or the Supreme Court while the substantive matter is still under trial at a lower court, now we can see the kind of people giving the President bad advice, urging him on to tyranny, the NBA should do the needful, suspend Malami for making such a statement, the body of SANs should also live up to their responsibility, the only thing that keep the society is the court and if no court there is chaos in the society.

Just look at the type of people advising Buhari?
People only concerned with exploiting loopholes in the law for their personal gains
He's not even concern about the credibility of the allegations on Sowore

My brother, this is how it goes:

When a court of competent jurisdiction gives an order, all parties to that suit obeys the order whether you like or not.

Any party that has a problem with the court order can appeal the court order up to the supreme Court and while doing that you can allow the court order to run it's cause (that is, the person will be allowed to go home and be coming to the court from his /her house)

Or

You approach the court that gave the order in the first place and apply for stay of execution explaining to the court that you have appealed the order they give in an upper court.

You can also approach the same court that gave the order, explaining to them why you should go on holding the person they gave you order to release - you can explain to the court that holding the person is for the interest of national security, if the court buys that, good and fine.

But whenever an order is given by a court of competent jurisdiction, all parties to that case shall (must) obey the order whether you like it or not.

My people, RELAX....its just a matter of time.

As long as table turns, no cause for alarm.

The AGF under the last administration did worse things...

Where is he today?

Re: Malami: We Were Right To Hold Sowore, Dasuki Despite Court Orders by dochenaj: 3:18pm On Jan 03, 2020
Is this AGF totally clueless or what?

If it is court order to suspend Onnoghen it will be executed at the speed of light even on a Saturday but court order to grant bail would be appealed to the supreme court.

It's okay. Keep doing what you're doing.
