Your landlord buried his wife there based on custom and tradition. There are places where they don't have land again based on urbanisation what they do is to ask a tenant to leave that room for 2 months to allow them Bury their cops.


On the other hand we refer to wicked landlords who specialises in using evil means to suck the wealth of their tanents..

I once lived in a house where by 3am to 4:30am most week we experience / see a fast moving person cross the balcony approach the door and knocked like 2 to 3 times. I have seen it more than 4 times whereas I was the one who locked the entrance doors with a key.

Other tenants who stayed there before us also said similar things but I didn't believe them till I witnessed it.

We had to pack out.


If u have not experience certain things don't come to a conclusion when others complained about certain things.

Things are really happening. I remember when we move to a house in this Lagos, we brought many things into the house. The first year of living the house was very, very hard to even eat sef nah gbege but Alhamdulilah God don't leave his people. Whenever we plan to do good things, it won't be successful, the funniest part is that whenever any of tenant plan on leaving the house even if you have the money on you, something will surely come up that you will have to use the money for something else and still stay in the house. There many tenants that have been living in the house for the 12-20 years but they can't leave. If not for constant prayers and God using some men to show us the way, we still be stuck in the house and yes shit like that exists.

My advice is, Don't let all this yeye agent sweet talk you, they're bastards and they're only after their own money. Before making payment after inspecting the house, ask the people living in the street, even it's Malam or all those mama's that own small shops around luckily if there's Jedi joint or beer parlor ask the people there, don't look down on them they may have vital information to save you from any future wahala and most of this landlords and landladies are cultist watch out for those houses with sign. Some properties are acquired with dubious means,killing your own brother just because you want to take over his properties ..I always advice people ask questions before paying for that new apartment. Observe the compound very well go there on a neutral ground without the agent ask questions ' abeg the person weh stay here before why him park ' from there you a advice yourself.

My dad had a tenant that got into his house and built his own house in the 2nd year after moving in he also had another who took the house and is still owing 2 years rent.
The problem is mostly with a person and not the house

Perhaps due to occult rituals performed there or violent deaths occurred there, o the person that lived there was in great unhappiness, sorrow & sadness. Any soup or stew I cook must turn to water the following day.

Oga, pray not to enter into such apartment, otherwise na for night u go run leave everything behind. My dear, such things exit. I remember visiting my cousin sister in her shop at alaba. Opposite her shop was two- 3storey building filled with shops from groung floor to the third floor. The shops were up to 60 in one of the building plus the other storey making it up to 120shops. Guess what, nobody was in any of the shops. Every shop was under lock and key even the gate to the entrance. I was curious that I asked my sister why are people not renting the shops upon they are well positioned. My sister said if u try that , u will come out penniless. At a point one of chinese people rented one of the shop. With all their voodoo, the chinese man said , there is something wrong with this place and he packed out without staying till the rent expires. The chinese man was the last person that rented a shop in that particular building and this happened years back. Till todate, no human being whether alive or dead has ever rented the shops. My sister told me that the man is a bad man.
