Why Is The North Afraid Of Osinbajo? by murecool(m): 1:24pm On Jan 07, 2020
The Vice President has been silent in recent time , with the limited obligations given to him, he has become redundant and his expertise wasted just because of ethnic and political arrangement, it is an open secret that the Northern cabal which is the most powerful cabal in the presidency does not particularly like the vice president, the removal of their beloved son from the DSS was one of the many perceived sins he committed and his presidential wings has been clipped , the president not handing over power to the Vice President when he goes for his trips are clear indication that president does not key into the Vice President’s vision .
While many have seen the president and his cabals as betrayals, stating the fact the only reason people reelected buhari was because of the trust and landmark Osinbajo was able establish during his first tenure, Osinbajo was the only shinning light in the administration, even the president was a flop , he failed in specific areas where people voted him into office to tackle, but Osinbajo was always there to clean up the mess and make everything look good, he handled the country efficiently in the brief stint while he was bestowed with the presidential power , but the northern cabals think otherwise and deemed him too arrogant because he sacked a man who mismanaged the power given to him.

Back to my question why is the north afraid of Osinbajo?, there is a deep conspiracy theory that the northerners are planning to produce the next President, even though the agreement between President Buhari and the Southwest APC is that the highest office would be moved to the south , and osinbajo poses great danger for their plans , they know he enjoys the goodwill of the masses, and if he decides to contest for the office of the president, he would likely carry the day , so in order for him not to be too powerful, they made sure he was less influential and disconnected him from task that would make him more popular.
While many have called for the Vice President to resign from his office , the vice president has patiently gone about the menial duties which he was given, he has showed class even all through the storm that the northern cabal has thrown towards him but the question how long can he endure this humiliation from the Northern Cabal?

The only people afraid of the Prof. are those against the development of the nation, every apprentice do have the best chances of sustaining and building on his boss legacy, so is the Vice president and the president.

The only way to support a better Nigeria is to support Osinbajo to give the best services to his boss and Nigerians.

Truly the cabals from northern Nigeria are scared of his street credibility and how he enjoys masses acceptance and they are ven scared of how the South-South and South-East PDP governors are embracing and how even Buhari himself sees and value the man. But he is not redundant, you can say he is not performing to the best of his expertise and ability.

Osinbajo is love, respect and value in and outside Nigeria

This caption is highly generalizing. There are a lot of northerners who love VP Osinbajo, in fact I dare say the only persons afraid of him are those against our development as a nation or those already fixated on 2023 elections.

Not only a set of people fear Osinbajo, but every individual who doesn't believe in the development of our country. Osinbajo is a God-given leader, and he is ready to deliver what God has sent him. Nigeria must be great.

Na wa o, becos you manage to string one novel sentence together now, you think you can use it anyhow. Have mercy on those that sent you to school and make good use of your up-and-coming life.

Abeg no vex ooo, will you call your father a peeping Tom. Will you say because you're silent-in-strength now, yaa peeping.

You can see that, as you're reading this intelligent discourse, your brain is peeping and peeing.

Write something sensible next time.

In as much as I may want to agree with some of the points raised here, I also want to make it very clear that average northerner or masses who are the beneficiaries of the Social Investment Programme initiated under the watchful eyes of the Vice President, Professor Yemi Osinbajo are fully committed to supporting him. Cabal or whatever, are only relevant in their Abuja Offices

Is it not even better to have him as mere commissioner and enjoy developments than as useless as some past so-called vice president. Empty brain

Yemi Osinbajo is one of the very few that are giving this Administration a sense of direction and keeping with the social contract the government signed with the electorates. The Cabals re certainly anti-people oriented and narrow-minded always for self-preservation. Yemi osinbajo acts appropriately by firing Daura. He's a golden and shining star this administration.
