There is no such thing as an illegal organisation without proscription. The Nigerian constitution has given us all freedom of association. As at September 2017 when IPOB proscribed, they were not armed and killed nobody.

But the killer herdsmen are armed and murder hundreds of Nigerians every year. Not only will they never be proscribed, they will get Ruga settlement

In other words, Nigeria is trying to stop those who may be violent, but reward those who are already violent. Nigeria criminalises those who have not done anything then rewards those who murder people every day. Doesnt that sound laughable to you?
