That rogue PW contractor again!

They built a runway to last 30 years, then it didn't last 5 years before it collapsed! As anomalous as Nigerian Federal Government operates, they still awarded them another contract to re-do the same runway which they did such a poor job!

Now, they are looking for avenues to steal the money again and abandon the job or do a very shoddy job and blame it on the phantom community asking them for money!!!

EFCC must begin to confiscate and nationalize foreign companies that defraud Nigeria without completing the projects they were paid for, and delivered in the standard quality specified in the contract.
why will you want to blame the company, knowing what you know now, you will understand why the company did a poor job then and why they have exposed this demand. In the East and South South, you can't site a Federal government project without these demands coming up. Its unfortunate.
