Please how did you format the book you submitted to them...had sleepless night still no result.

I always use Microsoft Word. Click on the paragraph icon as shown on the first picture
Click on INSERT TAP after the HOME TAP
Place your cursor where you think the topic ends and new one to start and click on PAGE BREAK, the third option on the Insert Tap. Just repeat this.
My headings, such as H1 to H3 are for main title, sub titles and third subtitle .

So let say my H1 is Ghostwriter
H2 will be How to Hire Ghostwriter and H3, Where to Hire Quality Ghostwriters.

I don't always go more than H3 even if I have other subtitles in a chapter.

I just highlight each title and click on the corresponding subtitle from Microsoft menu bar.
