There is a script which started early last year with the forceful removal of former CJN Onnoghen
and the rushed inauguration of TANKO.

PDP lawyers are not competent enough to back their case with paper evidence even with their good case. Who's to blame? Ganduje has again won with a good home work from his vibrant lawyers. Everyone should go and rest jare till 2023.

That is how democracy works, everyone respecting the rule of law. I have no comments on the outcome of the judgemement. To me it is irrelevant. I am always pro-process, pro-structure, pro-institutions. I don't care about the individuals involved. When we can all allow the Judiciary to exercise its full authority, make mistakes if necessary and learn from them while we learn to live by their decisions then we can all collectively seek to improve the quality of their services. Not before.

1) The Supreme Court don't admit new evidence but only review the judgements of lower courts if they are in accordance with the laws.

If the Judgement of the Tribunal is 100% in accordance with the law, how will the CJN nullify Ganduje's election?

2) The CJN doesn't sit on all electoral cases ending up at the Supreme Court
