Im posting this here because I noticed romance section is always filled with user. I promise I'll delete this thread before 10 in the morning. Hello fellow members. I asked my architect to provide me a 3bd x 2 apartment. Below is what he gave me. Howecer the size of my land is 120 by 120 ft (2plots) squared. After providing the plan to engineer, I was told I'll almost exhausted one plot which I think is too big. Please kindly advise as this is my first construction project.

You said your land is 120 x 120 ft? That’s approximately 36m by 36m You have plenty of space left after building this house na. Is it not 13m I’m seeing? 36 - 13 = 23m left bro. Your engineer should open his eye. Unless you mean 60 by 60 sha. But if na 120 by 120, you’re good to go. |
