Fraudulent set of people. We spent almost 200k on prepaid metre.

1st, these guys were supposed to provide everyone with pre-paid meters first!

They swapped the old meters for new pre-paid in some areas but left the majority alone. It's not too difficult to see why....crazy bills and disconnection fees are still very much in play and are too juicy to just ignore.

Got my prepaid free (still paid for its installation though).

Many who have paid for the meters are yet to even get them...now an increase in price for what isn't available is just fraud...simple.

These people are mad o. The 2.5% increase is not up to N1,000! How did it jump to almost 100% increase?!
