Let us assume supreme Court does justice by reversing its judgement.

What would happen to those that have already decamped to APC??

I know the case of Peter Obi but the supreme court is called Supreme court for a reason. If everybody goes about appealing Supreme court judgements, what chaos we will have.

These muddy fools have started again. They think Supreme Court is like their band of deranged drunkards called the Ohaneze that gives unsteady pronouncements.

No wonder we don't have many sound lawyers from that side. They don't understand how the law works.

Andy Ubah appealed to the Supreme Court to reverse his judgment, he was throughly abused and his case thrown out.

You can't know about that cos you were busy learning how to ride fan yogo bicycle by then.

Funny that people are still living in their dreams and wishes.

Life is beyond that, accept realities and stop giving yourselves unneccesary anxiety.

What an Unproductive protest!

The supreme court may be forced to reverse itself on this particular judgement. It was a gaffe capable of unsettling the most peaceful soul.

If anyone should be declared winner at all it should be Nwosu who although was standing on the platform of AA was nevertheless the unwritten candidate of APC, with Nwosu and Okorocha on the same page it was practically impossible for Hope Uzodimma to have won that election, it was simply illogical and against simple arithmetic to have declared uzodimma the winner, on what basis exactly?
The supreme court sure have bitten more than they can shew on this particular case and will do well to find a way out of the logjam to save their integrity. A selective or total re-run may be the only way out otherwise the inevitability of more protest ahead.

Total waste of time. Once Supreme Court makes a verdict, it can't be reversed. Especially when it's a political one

It can in the light of new and substantial evidence.

Probably yes, because Nigeria behaves like zombies currently. Expressing their displeasure in a civil manner is democratic. So you want them to just swallow the bitter pill from the SC jus like that? People protest when they feel rubbed and disenfranchised, Zombies accept anything whether good or bad.

Not Imo PDP protesting. Protesting clan is where 120,000 votes from 43 accredited voters in three rural local government areas of Mbaise, made the sacked governor of PDP from Mbaise to become governor in 2019.

Urban local government areas in Imo were having less than 26000 votes for the highest scorer then.
Let them protest. They will disperse.

Since Emeka Ihedioha's legal team has filed a review of judgement, the best thing would be to await the reactions of the Supreme Court.

Judges, by training, are unmoved by emotional outbursts especially by anyone in the dock or anyone who lost their case. Therefore, if the Justices of the Supreme Court would give a favourable ruling to Emeka, it will be based on arguments on application of laws rather than the protests by mobilized members of the public. If anything, it might make them to turn down the review lest they would be seen as bowing to pressure.

A case for review is before the courts.

People get mobilized to protest. Makes their matters worse.

Head or tail, the protesters and who they protest in favour shall lose.

*BREAKING NEWS*

*SUPREME COURT ADMITTED IHEDIOHA'S REVIEW APPEAL*

May speed up the review process immediately...

The supreme court has accepted and admitted the appeal of Rt Hon Emeka Ihedioha for the review of the 14 January, 2020 Judgement that was used to remove him as Imo state governor. It is also important to add the the 17 members of the entire supreme court shall commense the review of the judgment based on it's merits.

We are aware that International Electoral Observers, from the USA, Europe and the United Kingdom have all pledged to attend all the proceedings to monitor and evaluate the dispensation of democratic Justice in Nigeria.

It will be interesting to note that the commencement of the review will usher in another opportunity for Nigerians and the International community to observe how the Supreme court will handle the errors issues honourably. It is our hope to see the Supreme court live up to the expectation of doing the right things not minding whose ox is gored.

God is supreme than the Supreme court and He is the final Arbiter of law. We are anxiously waiting to see the upturns and admittance of their errors and the correction of their mistakes in favour of Governor Emeka Ihedioha who the people voted for.

The case of course will be recorded as the greatest happening in the year 2020 God willing. People prayers for the truth to prevail will surely be answered.

We are expecting justice, sincerity and fairness that will speak well of our Judiciary and encourage our democratic development as a people.
It will amount to nothing just like apc's appeal in zamfara.so you want to weaken the supreme court and allow everybody to be appealing their verdict?

When they are jobless.

Is it me that left the house at 5.45am and came back just now 7.25pm that will join kekeyebu protest for a man full of vendetta?

God saw Ihedioha's vendetta heart and collected the mandate from him for a man with developmental heart.
