In a precariously desperate move by a supposedly core investor to grab another investment enterprise at all cost, objectivity is the first casualty. There seems to be a dearth of objectivity and moderation as LADOL and the STATE seems poised to turn a commercial investor project to a criminal laden process. This will only increase trade and investors tension negatively in dealing with Nigeria. |

Has any Nigerian tried to open even a small saloon in Asia? When they stress and give you the conditions( of business must be owned by locals ), then you would understand. Also why would federal government re-lease a Land previously given to ladol? How would you feel if after having a 100yrs lease on a land in Ibeju-lekki and after developing and pimping the place your original landlord now tells you he had sold one of the apartment there to your tenant? I wonder when government would start showing love 1st to its citizens before other. |
