humanity first before beautification
Nigeria is not a beautiful dream now but a living nightmare, caused by our rulers.
is this what sanwolu went to learn at Harvard? hardship management and enforcement?
let the people revolt?

NB:I hope a warning was given before hand
Yes, they were given almost a year notice.

Nigerian leaders increasing people hardship from state to state in the name of development and beautification.

What is the benefit of beautiful environment for someone who can hardly feed ?

Sometimes it's a ploy to annex government land for their personal use when they leave office.

The way people report things ee. You didn't tell us how many months govt gave them. You didn't say how some of them called it a bluff and refused to move.

Move to where, did government allocate where they should move to. Before such decision is taken I believe that the best thing would have been for the government to give them a place where they should relocate to if truely the have the interest of the masses at heart.

Good as these policies seem on paper, they need to be executed with a lot of consideration. Were the occupants given notice? taken to court etc?

I guess not sad. I feel sad for the traders actually.

This Sanwo-Olu is just effortlessly making people more more poorer everyday, how can you ban Keke/okada and demolish a popular market that puts food on people's table within a couple of days... Haba! Nigerian politicians, fear God ooo
Lack of long term planning and ignornace of the occupants of the Land under government acquisition.
But it is for a better reason, I heard computer Village will be relocated to this area

APC is a demonic government take it or leave it. A party full of diabolic people and evil propaganda can not bring any good to this country.

PDP only wrong was corruption but the country was thriving we had a growing economy, low inflation and unemployment also good relationship with foreign governments and also had very intelligent and exposed cabinet members like adeshina, okonjo, shamsudeen, ezekwelisi and many more, yet Nigerians blindly and foolishly voted them out because of tribalism and short sightedness. We must bear the consequences of our decision and expect even more hard decisions.

Every nation gets the leaders they deserve.

I'm in Florida USA right now typing this with a sad disposition as I weep for my country
