I can't say i understand how the person intends to scam with this..but it's still clear his intentions are not pure. Must really be a scam in some way. I personally will call him again in the morning and tell him off. His stupid number is switched off. This is rubbish!! Playing with something serious. Is he mocking the sufferers or what?
