I understand the new Transport University was originally billed for Niger Delta but our nepotistic president took it to Katsina despite a saturation of federal tertiary institutions on the Kaduna-Zaria-Katsina axis. The Buhari's govt is accused of frustrating approvals for Ibaka Deep Sea Port which the Akwa Ibom State govt is ready to fund. The Lagos - Calabar coastal rail line inherited from the GEJ administration is now almost abandoned and forgotten with funds being diverted to finance a fresh railway into Niger Republic. The Ogoni clean up project is turning to another scam.
