Please stop misleading Christians oo.
There is every possiblity of the Holyghost leaving a person who has backslided or lives in sin.

And Christians must avoid sin or else will end up in hellfire. These are just a few of the many scriptures buttressing this point:

Galatians 5:19-21,
Ephesians 5:3-6,
Colossians 3:5-6,
Revelations 21:8,27;
1 Corinthians 6:9,
1 John 2:1,
1 John 3:8-10,
Matthew 7:21-23,
Matthew 18:9,
Hebrews 10:26;
2 Timothy 2:19,
1 Thessalonians 5:17;
Epehsians 4:30-31

etc etc etc.

Oga the HolyGhost doesn't leave a person, whoever you have as an example didn't have the HolySpirit to begin with

please tell me which of the verses above support your point that the Holy Ghost given by God to His people under the new covenant will leave them undecided

1 John 2:1 gives an assurance to God's children

Ephesians 5:30 does not speak of God taking away his spirit

Scripture and verse sir/ma
After that, He was seen of above five hundred brethren at once; of whom the greater part remain unto this present, but some are fallen asleep.
1 Corinthians 15:6

Out of 500 we see just 120

And in those days Peter stood up in the midst of the disciples, and said, (the number of names together were about an hundred and twenty)
Acts 1:15

But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.
Acts 1:8

Power to be witnesses, power to testify, unto Yeshua

And Peter, fastening his eyes upon him with John, said, Look on us.
Acts 3:4

Then Peter said, Silver and gold have I none; but such as I have give I thee: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth rise up and walk.
Acts 3:6

Notice for the healing Peter says I not us, he was the one with that gift.

And God hath set some in the church, first apostles, secondarily prophets, thirdly teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, governments, diversities of tongues.
1 Corinthians 12:28

Are all apostles? are all prophets? are all teachers? are all workers of miracles?
1 Corinthians 12:29

Have all the gifts of healing? do all speak with tongues? do all interpret?
1 Corinthians 12:30

But all these worketh that one and the selfsame Spirit, dividing to every man severally as He will.
1 Corinthians 12:11

1 Corinthians 12:15

And if the ear shall say, Because I am not the eye, I am not of the body; is it therefore not of the body?
1 Corinthians 12:16

If the whole body were an eye, where were the hearing? If the whole were hearing, where were the smelling?
1 Corinthians 12:17

But now hath God set the members every one of them in the body, as it hath pleased him.

GreatResearcher:
Why not? Remember our lord Jesus Christ committed suicide by killing himself for our sake. Where is he now? Heaven if you ask me.
...please Jesus did not commit suicide ...he gave himself up as a ransom for many and was hung on the cross not suicide....any body who commits suicide take his/her own life and that is ungodly...they cant be a heaven for someone who sin against self and God by taking a life he did not create or cannot give

Oh, you are now selecting the one you will accept and throw away the one that doesn't sit right with you. If you've gone through all those scriptures above and insist on this false doctrines, that it's apparent that you are a prowling deceiver and false Christian.

Also I said Ephesians 5:3-6 which says

But fornication, and all uncleanness, or covetousness, let it not be once named among you, as becometh saints;

4 Neither filthiness, nor foolish talking, nor jesting, which are not convenient: but rather giving of thanks.

5 For this you know, that no whoremonger, nor unclean person, nor covetous man, who is an idolater, hath any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God.

6 Let no man deceive you with vain words: for because of these things cometh the wrath of God upon the children of disobedience.

And when you have the Holy Ghost, you have His power. Do you agree?
