We don't know whether this man's case is statute-barred by virtue of Section 133 of the Electoral Act 2010 or by virtue of the SC declaration.

As a senior and experienced lawyer with over 20yrs in the Bar, I can assure you that this petition has a great merit .
The deputy gov senator Lawrence will be disqualified for submitting false information just like the APC deputy gov.

No... This particular matter is a FRESH CASE.

Definitely, it has started with the "election tribunals". So, it will progress like that to the "Supreme Court", as the lawyers deem it fit.

What the supreme Court ruled over was a pre-election matter over forgery.

This is a post-election matter...that Tribunal usually sit on and will still go up to supreme Court

Oga,it will not make sense to a layman or ignorant fellows but to those legally sound,it makes sense.diri was made governor because the apc candidacy was voided based on non qualification through a pre-election case.that declaration does not prevent any other suit by other parties against diri.if the supreme court finds out that diri or his deputy wasn't qualified,they will also sack them.
The same reason why apc lost bayelsa is also why there is a tribunal case against diri.there is no mockery here.

It is a mockery ooo and a very big one cos the supreme court that declared diri winnner should have simply ordered a new election instead of declaring winner and asking him to be sworn in. I don’t need to be a lawyer to know this fact.

If you dont have time for argument,stop quoting me.the declaration of November is hereby rendered null and void and has been overtaken by the February declaration just as the declaration of lyon is invalidated except you are saying that Lyon is the governor.see below;

Okay,a party called l.m has taken diri and pdp to court or the tribunal.after filing of papers,they are supposed to serve them with court papers directly but the appellants complained that diri and pdp have been evading or dodging service.so they applied to the course to allow them serve them through substituted means or impersonally or indirectly and the tribunal have agreed.after this,the case will start properly.
The case is about whether the deputy governor forged his nysc or not
