If someone could be sacked by the court for certificate forgery vis a vis the governorship position, it equally follows that same person should be sacked from the country's parliament on the same ground. Anyways, for CAC Company or Business Name registration, Foundation, Schools, Church, NGO, Trademark, TIN, SCUML, NAFDAC number etc, talk to us at www. Lawlab. Com. ng. Doing otherwise calls to question the first order and admits to double standard. The proper person(s) should file an action and pray the court to so do, on the strength of the first judgement perhaps.

If at all his credentials are fake, shouldn't he be in custody?
Or which kind of country is this?
Even without a petition from anybody, the law enforcement should know their job, but in this country everything is politics

If Nigeria was a country and not a sh*thole, his sacking from the senate would have been a consequence of the Supreme court ruling.

Because if the Supreme has said you provided fraudulent credentials for gubernatorial election and consequently nullified your victory, it means therefore that if you have been brandishing same certificate in previous elections, you have been committing electoral fraud and every gain you have had therefrom should as matter of consequence be denied you.

But not in my fatherland.
