I Love PMB.

This govt has really done well in reducing the effects of this Coronavirus pandemic on Nigeria and Nigerians both health wise n economy wise.

How long they are able to hold it together is left to be seen but for now....they are doing well

I don't think they would remove it because, marketers would start hoarding when they speculate government wants to increase pms price again

Some products are essential and if left for the forces of market to determine, the greedy nature of Nigerian businesses won't even allow market forces to come to play as mostly whatever goes up never come down. In the law of Demand and Supply there are exceptional cases as well.

Educational budget is low for a reason
It is understandable if the North doesn't understand this simple logic, but the south?

Babatunde40:
The fraud in this government is scary. What do you have to discuss? Will government still be paying subsidy with the massive drop in oil price?

Let me explain: An item sells for N15 but people can pay only N10. Government subsidies that stuff by paying the N5 difference to enable people pay the N10 they can afford. Now, the price of that item has dropped to N7. Imagine the government still allows the people to continue to pay N10 and the same government claims it's still paying the N5 subsidy.

To who is the government paying the N5 since the price is now N7? Even the extra N3 extra charge, who takes it? Is the price not supposed to drop automatically to N7?

With this example, can you see the massive fraud in this useless government

Example of such products
Example is still the petrol as the Nigerian Economy/Environment has made it essential. It has effects on Transportation then goods and services. The cost of Petrol pump price can either improve the quality of living or reduce it.
It is essential because we have one major means of transport which is by road both public and private and for the conveyance of goods and services. It is essential because at the moment Nigerians use it to provide themselves electricity as the Nigerian government has failed in making electricity readily available. Small businesses rely on it as well

Only in Nigeria oil price is fixed like Zuma oil.

Nigeria is not the only country in the world with this conundrum
Yet they reduced fuel prices at the pump.
If the world price of cocoa crashes, it only makes sense that chocolate gets cheaper in every chocolate shop, even in Switzerland with a "chocolate economy"

It's really not that complicated.

Actually if you look at those countries, most people are indoors, events cancelled, businesses closed, commitments postponed or suspended. Demand Fallen.
But here people are just going about there businesses as they believe the pandemic isn't for a black man.

Also remember that Nigeria as a people and economy is weird

You are only making excuses for unnecessary wickedness on the part of the gov't.

I won't be surprised if Nigeria actually increases fuel prices.

Nigeria is 'weird' because her citizens accepts it all, most times even makes excuses for wickedness
