The license was copied(vfmatcher) but it rejected the vfextractor as the other license. i got it running however. but anytime i click stat capture, it brings that error message. help plz

Check your device manager to see if there is any missing driver. This problem is usually associated with vista operating systems and rarely with windows xp. If there is any missing driver in the device manager make sure you install the driver. This will take care of the problem. But if it does'nt let me know to tell you next step to take.
