Okay.

More chicken post coming soon. When you see it, just ignore. In life, we can't like everything neither can we please everyone. Also, everyone always has an opinion even though it's "just an unnecessary opinion."

For my posts, pick the once you like and ignore the ones you don't. This way, another person's way of life won't move us or make us complain until we forget about our own problems.

Thank you for your input and stay tuned for the ones you like and as well ignore the ones you don't.

Case handled amicably.

let me tell you something you don't know...it annoys me when you pay mind to all this haters...boss. I don't know for other people, but I have learnt a lot from you and you have helped me tremendously. I know how it is,there's nothing you do in life you won't have haters. you came on a free platform, and post and people are complaining that it is not necessary, they could have ignored your comments but no,they have come to play the role of moderators that they're not. who's the sick one now. it is them. As a big gee that you are, like mark Manson says..."don't give a f*ck",let them slide and enjoy your day. God bless

Deeply, I don't give a f*ck, but haters deserve attention once in a while for the ministry to move forward.

The truth is: Without the controversies of these haters, some people who stumbled on me and benefited from my stories wouldn't have known me.

So, I give them that little attention not because I care, but because it helps in reaching out to a wider audience and bringing in more revenue.

Yes, I understand what you mean and they deserve to be ignored, but if you look at life critically, it's a game and you must play it even if it will make you seem stupid for a while.

Truthfully, I have made myself seem stupid on NL by engaging them, but this stupidity comes with smiles at the end.

The end justifies, not the journey itself.

I don't want to do this, but let me just do it and that is: I'm always happy and I make money while I sleep all because I converted all my posts and negative encounters with these haters to books and sell them to oyibo men.

So, as they continuously abuse, I continuously make money and have fun. Before 7 AM today, I have already made 5k without doing anything. Yesterday, I made more than 50k. Today, I'll surely make more.

This is why I said the end justifies the means. I came to Nairaland empty handed, but these haters and being focused changed my life.

In summary, haters will push you to be better while they cry behind the scene. Oh, when I talk about money, they get angry. When I don't talk about money, they call me broke.

I love my haters sha. Without them, there is no me and this is why I do create some controversial threads to keep them busy complaining while I get busy smiling.

It's a win-win.

I know why you asked what is happening. You always want a controversial thread from me so you can have the privilege to abuse me and get some likes and shares.

Unfortunately, I have been disappointing you lately. Don't worry, I'll create your type of thread soon. This one is for smart people with focus in life.

Your type is coming soon.

Yes. I started in 2010 and I have gone passed the rest stage. If you're a beginner, it's crucial.

I no longer do heavy exercise, but maintenance exercise. It's just like steaming your car every morning before you drive and not painting your it every morning before you drive out.

So what exercise would you advise a beginner like I? Been doing some via an app.. But I've difficulties in push-ups.

You can't take exercise seriously until there is a point you want to prove. People who don't have a point to prove always give up.

In my case, I was abused as a teenager with the name skinny, so, at a point, I did some research and realized even skinny people can build muscles, so I started with

1. Running in the morning (5 AM to 6 AM)
2. Bicycle riding in the evening
3. Pushup (for chest build up)
4. Carrying small dumbbell (for biceps and triceps buildup)
5. Squatting (for thigh and strength on the leg)
6. Carrying big dumbbell and heavy lifting
7. Using treadmill for running (sparingly)
8. Finally, I have gotten the shape I wanted, so I only do pushup and squatting to maintain the body

In your case, since there is lockdown, start with 5 to 15 pushups and gradually up it to 30+.

As a beginner, running for an hour or less is always the best to get in the right mindset of starting an exercise. Sadly, COVID won't let you do this, so go with push or stretches. YouTube can be of help with visual tutorial.

Unfortunately, I don't have a friend here on Nairaland. I only have online acquaintances and fans. Also, I'm only here for 3 things:

1. Share stories/wisdom
2. Have fun as I do it
3. Sell books/make money

Out of these 3, only number 3 is worth chatting us up. For number 3, kindly chat the admin up on WhatsApp via the number on my profile.

Sorry if I sounded too rigid — that's how things have turned out. My apologies, Sir.

I exercise for 2 — 5 mins every night before I sleep. This is after my mandatory squatting exercise in the bathroom.

When you have a routine, you achieve more than those without one.

The first 3 things all smart people do before they sleep and when they wake.

1. Short prayer or short meditation (5 to 10 min max)
2. Short exercise (2 to 10 min max)
3. Quick cold shower after brushing your mouth (2 to 10 min max)

Bonus: Drink water.

If you can do this for 1 year, there is nothing you can't achieve in life.

I don try aam b4 but I lacked that discipline and consistency.
