How old are you? When did China just come into the picture. Germany and the likes have been helping Nigeria out with aides and through medical expertise since time immemorial when China was still a shithole. Have you heard about doctors without boarder?
Since Africa want to depend on foreign aids, then make the west kukuma share the continent with China

To me all these funds and grants is making Nigeria more prone to poverty as if we don't have enough money on our own .. we take from them, the loans and grants , generate our own money too....loot the two at once

I have a quick question from the people that knows more than me please.

What does Germany takes in return of all these money been donated to Nigeria?

What is the objectives and ideas beneath this?

I need more enlightenment on this.

White men don’t reason like most blacks. White people believe a threat somewhere is a threat everywhere just a matter of time. Germany has really done well in putting the epidemic under control. Is it a bad thing to help other supposedly poor nations to fight the epidemic before they start importing it again into Germany? Stop reasoning like an average black man that doesn’t give unless he hope to get back

The reputation and leadership of the Federal Republic of Nigeria has positively grown in recent times that the impact of the international community on our Nation is being felt by all.

This indicates that the administration of His Excellence, President Mohammadu Buhari (GCFR) has been perceived and seen as one with great reputation, discipline and transparency.

With more work been done on rebuilding and rebranding of our reputation, I believe gestures like this are just a tip of the iceberg
