As much as this is highly insensitive of the chinks, I dare say that Trump goofed in his pandemic response and that is almost turning America to a pitiable stock.

At the Onset, he diffused growing tensions by calling covid-19 a hoax. As a result of initial lack of political will, government containment efforts were lil and the pandemic spread exponentially. He later resorted to blaming China for alleged foul play, instead of understudying China containment strategies for possible replication to stem the trying times in America.
