Former Governor of Ekiti State, Gov. Peter Ayodele Fayose has called on service providers to help Nigerians by reducing their Tariffs. He wrote on his verified twitter account: Nigerians have been at home since the beginning of this Covid-19 pandemic, even now that the lock down is relaxed, causing increase in Data usage. Network providers need to reduce the price of data.. The prices are very outrageous....but on the other hand, once they reduce the prices, they will give you a bad network reception that you will not enjoy. Meanwhile we sell genuine lands and houses within estates at various locations across Nigeria |

On the contrary, the fed govt is taxing Nigerians on data and calls. And recently in order to secure IMF loan the government also promise that Nigerians will pay higher tariffs on electricity. |
