The Benin high court today deferred ruling on Ize iyamu membership of APC till this Friday, after Ize iyamu and his lawyers could not provide in court their purported online registration form and number, ize iyamu claimed used in rejoining APC online.
APC constitution does not allow online registration, u have to go register at ur ward to be a member

They are not serious ( both Obaseki and Iyamu teams). There is a little difference between the Ibos and Edo people. Obaseki presented documents that are too opened for forgery's detection. Iyamu and lawyers went to Court without evidence of online registration. Who designed the APC Portal? Who is the database administrator? A document that cannot take APC's portal database administrator one hour from the comfort of his room on remote connection to the database server or web server has now created an emergency and now the Secretariat is in disarray . We are being ruled by those who are not intelligent, smart and proactive. That is why everything is wrong. The other one submitted a school testimonial typed on plain sheet of paper instead of the institution's letterhead paper and several discrepancies.

The Judiciary is now an open show of mediocrity while eminent experienced legal luminaries keep silence or risk being sanctioned.
