The cj of fed high court has no shame in making this statement. The same ex parte orders was used on so many people by effc no statement by him, it was used against Chief Justices of Nigeria, no statement from him, now that is against apc, he can ban it. Is ex parte order not part of court processes any more? Earlier judges refuse to be partisan better for our judiciary.

Ignorance is a disease. see as you are celebrating a technical knockout given to your faction.

The judge is saying your Tinubu faction will not get an exparte order or relief from it. They made this statement after reinstating Chief Victor Giadom.

It means the orders are fake and produced by a fake judge whose orders resembled his stomach. Imagine giving Aba orders cheesy

I still don't understand the sudden interest of Igbos have on APC. After all they are not Nigeria. But one thing certain about them they like to support whatever would bring Tinubu or yoruba people down.

Even if Edo gone to pdp, Yoruba people stand a good chance to be Nigeria president in 2023.
it is pity you have proven to your kids and family that you have dull brain since you cannot comprehend. try read again and comprehend. and besides ipob does not want anything happening in nigeria. they want biafra. you and fulani people will ever remain in once nigeria. brainwashed olodo

You lack comprehension. How is this not in favour of Giadom when Court is warning political parties against bringing case beyond its jurisdiction after Giadom has already been declared acting chairman? It simply means the judgement can't be reversed for now.

And BTW, what has IPOB got to do with Edo State?

Your problem is reading and not understanding. Your illiteracy stinks to high heavens. With this proclamation which group do you think it favoured?....Giadom of course, the order given to him still stands. Meaning the court will no longer entertain cases emanating from ex parte and interim orders. OLODO! you don't know anything. When they ask you to read and assimilate, you were busy with your Amala ati Ewedu.

Are you the spokesperson for the court? Allow the court to come out with their fact. Stop sitting on the wall and passing judgement on what you know nothing about.
