Ondo 2020: APC Screening Appeal Committee Clear 12 Aspirants For Party's Primary by Gemid94(m): 11:58pm On Jul 15, 2020

The All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship nomination Screening Appeal Committee for the Party’s Ondo State Governorship Primary Election has submitted its report to the Governor Mai Mala Buni-led APC Caretaker/Extra-ordinary National Convention Planning Committee.

The APC Screening Appeal Committee cleared twelve aspirants to contest the Party’s forthcoming primary election.

This was contained in a statement signed, Wednesday by the Party's Deputy National Publicity Secretary, Yekini Nabena.

The cleared aspirants include: Oluwarotimi Odunayo Akeredolu, SAN,
Joseph Olusola Iji
Odimayo Okunjemi John
Olayide Owolabi Adelami
Kekemeke Duerimini Isaacs
Olusola Oke Alex, SAN
Ifeoluwa Olusola Oyedele
Olajumoke Olubusola Anifowoshe
Awodeyi Akinsehinwa Akinola
Adetula Olubukola Olarogha
Dr. Abraham Olusegen Michael
Dr. Nathaniel O. Adojutelegan.

IMO, having that much number of people contesting a party primary doesn't portray it as a democratic party, but rather, a party not united.

....What's the mode of primary....If indirect, then Akeredolu will have an easy ride via money bags...he just need to by half of the delegates..That's all.
If direct primary....the sitting Governor can say bye bye to the Government house. wink

My question is who will submit APC candidate name to INEC? A caretaker committee Chairman and caretaker committee secretary? Hope APC is aware that such is ILLEGAL. Hope when Supreme Court nullifies APC participation, you people won't call Mrs Odili's name again.

You can see how bias APC is, why in Edo state, they conducted direct primary election in Ondo state where there are crises everywhere in the party, they decided to conduct indirect primary election. God will punished short man Oshiomhole.

And they are allowing him contest the primary simply because they do not want him to have a chance elsewhere.

They should have done the same with Obaseki. With his Akeredolu won't be able to port to PDP or anywhere else.
