inoki247:you don't understand the issues here. magu has no case to answer according to ayo salami, the defence was rejected because shittu has not see the allegation, shittu answer those allegations of newspaper, not allegations from the panel. |

I'm pretty sure that the Panel, headed by Ayo Salami the learned and very experienced Jury himself, knows that any criminal findings and recommendations it makes without Magu the Respondent being afforded the opportunity to know the allegations against him and to defend himself will eventually end up as good as a mere wastes paper. No much effort will be needed to throw the Panel's Report to the refuse dump on ground of lack of fair hearing. Only section 36 of the Constitution is needed to do the job. |
