What about the Nigerian military officers that transacted the deal with him?
The deals seem shady for this kinda man to have the confidence to escape with such huge amount in exchange for the supplies that are substandard and doesn’t commensurate with the pay.

EFCC should invite, interrogate and ask the Officers in the deal. They know the man’s whereabout. I see this as one of the gimmicks by these officers to outsmart the nation by stealing our money.

If any nationality would genuinely outsmart Nigerians, it should not be a nigerien.

They did not say he ran with the money. They only said there were discrepancies in the contract he delivered probably over inflating of prices. However its possible he shared the extra cash with some ogas at the top.

We are talking about a semi illiterate from a French speaking country scamming your military of nearly half a billion naira as if the people there don't know anything apart from beating up civilians.

Face the topic.

If you have ever attempted to do a huge military contract with the MOD you know you know your company and all the directors have to serious security clearance from the NSA before you even proceed ..Getting that clearance is not easy so how did this Nigerien man get it ?

This particular contracts were awarded before 2015 under GEJ and some top officers including Gen. Minimah already returned billions and/or jail terms.

Perhaps, new can of corruption will open up after Bubu's tenure (esp if a different party wins).
