The constitution allows freedom of association and the Legal practitioner acts, and the old authorities of Gani V NBA should rather work in tandem with the constitution. I see no reason at all why lawyers of the northern extraction can’t form another NBA, it’s a constitutional right and there should be allowed flex it all the way up..
