..So you think pandemic lockdown , epileptic rain fall, global economic problems won't affect Nigeria because Buhari is your President Abi? Think again!!

Almighty Americans are battling worst unemployment crisis, and having huge social security benefits paychecks to pay, their food banks are empty yet you think Nigeria has immunity to this global issue?!

UK government has already started a policy to buy off grains and other food items from West Africa and Asia to cushion the effect of the pandemic economic meltdown and climate change

Don't let's join hands to look for solutions to this pandemic problem, keep wailing endlessly as if Buhari has a magic wand to make our crude oil start selling back above $100 per barrel and we start importing everything cheaply, and subsidising petrol and everything with crude oil dollars

bro use ur head, all.those countries u made mentioned did not increase their VAT, electricity tariff, fuel price instead they look for ways to cushion the hard times being felt by their respective citizens caused by the pandemic but ours is increasing everything making it even more harder for us. So they are both different things
this government doesn't care about the people because no sane government will ever do this at this particular time

VAT rate in UK 20%

Vat rate in US 10%

Vat rate in Ghana 12.5%

Vat rate in Nigeria 7.5%

Check electricity tarrif pricing accross just west Africa and not even the world and see how we pay just about nothing same with Petrol pump price comparison around the world

This is only possible because we have People buying our oil now that our oil isn't selling we can't subsidise most things and the price have to remain same with global pricing

A state in America is larger in land mass than Nigeria yet they have 50 states

US produces 12 million barrels per day of Crude Oil, Nigeria produces 2.5 m barrels per day

GDP of US on agriculture, and food only is 1 trillion dollars, Nigerian total GDP from Oil and non Oil Agricultural produce and everything we have to offer is less than 500 billion USD half of what US makes on agriculture alone

What fertility are you talking about?

Food banks, silos, irrigation farming, mechanised farming, trade deals with Asia

All this Nigeria lacks with our paltry 400 billion USD GDP

You are into so many things. I take it that you're hardworking and intelligent. Why are you defending any politician in Nigeria? I'm not referring to Bubu. I mean any politician at all?

Sai baba!

I'm a health professional with a PhD, gainfully employed and always in the business of life preservation, come rain or shine.

Even if Buhari decides to sell fuel for N1000 per litre and Rice for N100K per bag. Me and my family go still chop, use generator and balance well. Una dey do lockdown, dey cry say hunger wan kill una, I dey find cars to buy.

No shaking. Shebi na this country we dey.
Useless nigerians. Ndi ara..Ndi ara! Mad people everywhere.

In those countries have they increased fuel and electricity bill in the pandemic

You know the amount of sacrifices and burdens through various levies and duties

If there's a bad farming season is it not timely to allow a compensation by scheduling the opening of borders

Is nigeria govt paying social benefits or furlough to private sector workers

The type of pandemic in UK and US is it the same experience here

May your life turn out to be the way buhari is running nigeria. Amen
