Well in Australia some teenage boys will but only if they are wat we call emo.
It's sorta like the goth style.
They wear mostly black, have face/body piercings n listen to emo/goth style music. They're like emotional depressed kinda ppl lol. U usually get one or two or a small group of em every year in high school or college. After a cpl years n schools fun shed they grow out of it. Google emo/goth.
It's a USA thing too I think.
As for guys in other countries I dunno bout them.
