Please report yourself to NCDC immediately and let them know in your workplace that you need to go into Isolation under NCDC. If your employer victimizes you after the clearance from NCDC, you can use that as a basis to sue them for intimidation, wrongful discharge etc due to Covid-19. Your health should be your concern right now as well as not spreading the virus by mixing with fellow workers/family and friends.......please let us not tilt the curve upwards again  1 Like |

enshi: You don't have to worry as you would probably have gotten and recovered from covid 19 like most Nigerians without knowing. Just start taking Vitamin C and Zinc Daily. If you don't get enough Sun light exposure, add Vitamin D to it. |

enshi: Please relax. My woman who I stay in the same bed had Corvid In July and she was in ICU for a month. She couldn’t breathe at all and we had to call the ambulance who advised her to go into the bathroom, open the hot water tap in the bathtub and add some Vicks menthol into the water so as to engage the lungs till they arrive. Even after a month when she was discharged she struggled to breathe for a while. We invested in personal humidifier. She actually coded twice in ICU but miraculously came out of it. I was not feeling anything apart from that feeling of sometimes wanting to clear my throat. A nurse friend advised me to buy Vitamin C supplement that has Zinc and Selenium and I was also having ginger + garlic tea morning and night. Also I was steaming with Aboniki. I went for testing just before she was discharged and I was negative though it was not a comfortable test. PLEASE DO NOT LISTEN TO THOSE THAT SAYS IT IS MALARIA. That’s just ignorance. Shortly after my woman was discharged for home care, her father contacted it even though we stay in a different province. We are actually 3hours apart. He has been in ICU since then for about three months now. He also didn’t believe in Corona. He passed on late last night, around 22:30 Nigerian time. With an underlying illness, it sometimes if not most times get worse. To think he was said to be getting better and looking strong in the morning to passing on about 8hours later. Please be careful. I do not know how things work that side but please go for testing if you have the means or call the relevant authorities to put you through. |

For the sake of posterity, plz call your boss on his/her cellphone and explain to him that you've been exposed to a covid-19 positive patient. Mere telling him that will strick fear into him and he will immediately tell you not to come to work for the next 14 days.... Trust me. On what you need to do to help yourself while you're self-isolating, first, get 1000g vitamin C. You need to ensure that you always take 1000g vitamin C on daily basis and also help yourself by getting a very good blended agbo iba herbs. Get that from those Yoruba herbs sellers. Mind you, I didn't say you should buy the already prepared agbo, I want you to be the one that cooked the agbo yourself so that you're going to have enough of it bcuz you'll need to bathe with it, drink from it and also inhale the steam. If you're a Yoruba guy, I believe you should understand me better but if you're not, I'm sorry you might not know what I mean. So inhale the hot steam of agbo 3 times a day by putting a sizeable quantity in a bucket, seat in front of it and bury your head into the bucket, get some blankets to cover up yourself. Mind you, you should be close to being naked while doing all of these. Then when you inhale the steam for about 20 minutes, take the hot agbo to the bathroom and bathe with it. When you're done bathing, take a cup full and drink it. This will help keep your immune system up all through while the 1000g vitamin C can be taken in between the same day. After repeating this activities for a week, I strongly believe you will feel allot healthier than you felt before the whole exercise began even though you have no health issues before. Just continue the 1000g vitamin C for the whole 2 weeks but you can stop the agbo after the first week. Stay away from elderly people all through these period please! And try visit one of the covid-19 test centers to know your status before and after the 14th day |

Guy no fear, many of us have contracted it without knowing, there was this period i noticed i can not smell and taste anything. It lasted for about 3 weeks with just 1 day small fever. During that period, i tried avoiding getting close to the elderly cause our immune differs. I did not take any drugs, i just live my normal life hustling. |

I had to check the date again to be properly sure.. According to you, the man was rushed to the hospital this morning, and the result also came out this morning.... It's not Covid they tested for.... But it would surely be added to the livescores

Take vitamins.. Drink water And treat your symptoms individually I have recovered from covid19..but my symptoms were not severe |
