The bill was debated, read and passed by both houses in the national assembly comprising APC and PDP members. What were they waiting for till the President signed the bill into law. These governors just showed once again, how clueless they are.

To effect any change, the act has to be repealed and resigned. It will have to go through the entire process again. Olodo governors.
