Many may not know it yet, but the ongoing protest should be excalated into a revolution for the good of all.
Contrary to some people's fears that revolution would break Nigeria, revolution would actually save, strengthen and put Nigeria back on the path of peace, stability and progress.

How? You may ask.

Let's face it, Nigeria as it is currently is a disaster waiting to happen. A ticking time bomb that may explode at any moment and consume everything. The current crop of leaders are not only greedy and selfish, but also lacks what it takes to build a progressive and all inclusive nation.

We have broken apart to an extent that war mongering, ethnocentrism and chaos has become the order of the day. Worse still, all indices is showing that it will only get worse going forward.

How is Endsars protest or revolution going to be the solution?

The ongoing protest is the first time Nigerians are coming together to question the status quo and champion a paradigm shift.

Since Nigeria came into existence, the people has never had any say on how their country should be run, rather it has always been a group of selfish politicians or ethnocentric soldiers who have always done everything just to favour themselves while excluding the interests of the masses.

Now is the opportunity for us Nigerians to dictate how we want to be ruled and the kind of government we want.

Our prayer over the years that South should unite seems to have been answered. The current protest is passionately being led by individuals from virtually every part of the South....

We should continue making demands and once each one is granted, we move to the next until all the grey areas are effectively resolved. For instance, after police reforms are granted, we move over to NASS, then to Aso rock etc.

I have been observing the body language of Nnamdi Kanu about the protests, and he seems to be so happy about it. What this means is that people like Nnamdi Kanu that are spearheading Nigeria's break-up, are not doing it for selfish reasons but because they know that the system is rotten and unsalvageable, but now they're seeing genuine possibility to reboot the system, there is every likelihood that they will join forces to reposition the country in such a way that killings and suppression will not occur anymore...

Every state should be granted autonomy to manage its resources and pay certain percentage as royalties to federal government. Part of which will be used to support poorer states.

I think you're right. Reset to factory mode is more like it, because everything needs to go back to original default settings.

I have realized that breaking up Nigeria will still create more problems while solving others.
Dividing the country should be the last resort i.e if we fail to use this last window of opportunity now to make radical changes.

The North is shocked that South are currently calling the shots and influencing things through the ongoing Endsars protests which has rubbished their age-long believe of being the one that dictates Nigeria's affairs.
