The yorubas have seen what their slave master is doing to them. All the strength and energy the likes of Bakare, Tinubu, Wole and others exerted on GEJ because of shared hatred; is no where to be found. What are the yorubas benefiting from the North. At least there are a lot of mutual benefits between the yorubas and Igbos interms of trade. Who is aboki when the west team up with the East. Buhari will sent southern soldiers to boko Haram and leak their plans to the bokoharam to ambush them. Southern soldiers are perishing in the hands of Bokoharam. Yet the yorubas are still not wise. I am yet to know the huge amount of money the Fulanis paid to buy the yorubas as slave. Please pardon me if I insult any tribe; I am angry. 2 Likes |

Abiamaka: Governor Sanwo-Olu really tried. He was always identifying with the protesters in person. Olu even took the demands to the president. The biggest problem we have in this country is Buhari. That man isn't only daft, but he also doesn't even think we'll. What does it take to address your people? Even the Senate appealed to him to address the people yesterday, but he refused. A reasonable president would have made his way to Lagos at once to speak with the protestors in person. It's not as it they were armed. I don't know why Nigerians make leadership look so difficult. For the records, there's no way those soldiers could have shot at the unarmed protesters without instructions from either the president or chief of army staff. Governors do not control the military. 1 Like |

The NBC has embarked on silencing the media. It's not your job to remind media practitioners of their duties. Your job is to regulate contents and not to tell them what they can or cannot say. If the news is factual, then people must feel embarrassed, that's journalism. Is the NBC telling journalists to lie or suppress crime by not reporting the news as it is? Mandating journalist to become peace mediators is the height of corporate and institutional stupidity! When the facts are gathered, journalist are at liberty to tell the news and events as it happens. Time to repeal the NBC act!!! |

Jan 27 2019 Nairaland--- once a tyrant always a tyrant! Thank goodness i was never deceived!!Buhari must Go!!! and Real Change must happen! No mago mago again! No one is saying you shouldn't fight corruption, just don't be SELECTIVE and FOLLOW DUE PROCESS!!!SIMPLE!!! BUHARI has shown time and again that he is a despot!! a tribal bigot and not one who respects the constituion. Has he finished probing the strange funds in Aisha's accounts or Buratai or the corrupt others that we know about in his cabinet? Then the little children who know nothing and are myopic in their thinking will come here and talk crap simply because they cannot see or reason beyond their nose bridge!Nigeria should be divided into 2 one for the genuine progressives and another for blind Morons who see nothing wrong in Buhari's modus operandi since coming into power.i believe he is the truest definition of corruption personified, right from his lies about funding for his nomination form, fake waec certificate (for which WAEC still has questions to answer)!!! You put young men in harms way and dont even have the concience to arm them effectively or honor them with respect at their demise and the mentally lazy crew will still come out and say they support him.How will i blame them, when all they have ever known is a mediocre way of life??His intellectual capacity is out of touch with present day realities!!! Are we really practicing DemocracyIs Tinubu's handpicking of candidates and envelope sharing Democracy!!!!!! What manner of madness??And we all think its the norm?? For whatever's sake......its time we decide how we really want to live as a Nation or.....We shall probably say....There was once a country!! |
