I dont think this statement mean that SanwoOlu asked them to do it tho.

They did it from their own interpretation of the curfew order(accordingly to the OP)

However, there may be more to it, which will be found out subsequently


During Corona virus that lasted for months why didn't they remove it?
And coincidentally the day they remove it , is also the day they off light and switch off the billboard and is also the day they commit genocide
