True I have noticed Curfew in Lagos only embolden criminals to start looting ..No Lagos governor must ever declare a curfew again till it's has the right amount of men and a concrete plan of policing the streets thoroughly

That's the bitter truth ooooo. Evil doers need a safe Haven before the jump. Though the curfew was necessary though, I applaud it, but the curfew fuelled the looting of shops.
