Lagos State Counts Their Loses - Over 100,000 People Threw Into Unemployment by WorldChanger7: 8:51pm On Oct 22, 2020
The impact of the last 48hours and the two weeks protest is dawning on everyone as many are counting their loses which has created more unemployment......

The list of many institutions affected through looting, vandalization and burning across both the public and private institutions are beyond imagination. Just imagine what will be next phase for the employee of all these organisations

1. Lekki Shoprite
2. Surulere Shoprite
3. Various shops at Admiralty road, Lekki
4. Various shops at Surulere
5. Various shops at Ikeja
6. Oriental Hotel
7. TVC (even if it belong to the Elephant but people are feeding their families from there)
8. BRT Buses (over 150 Buses means over 300 jobs)
9. Recreational Center, Oregun
10. All LASMA and VIO offices across the state
11. Lekki Toll Gate
12. Branches of many banks
13. Warehouses and shops
14. .....unaccounted loses

While most owners can reclaim their loses from insurance, what is the fate of the employees of those institutions?

Honestly I feel sad.. I don't think most Yorubas understand that we are surrounded by enemies from all angle, some pretending as brothers living in our midst but who are not.

We have a saying that.. kokoro ti n je efo, idi efo ni n gbe.
How we allowed #EndLagos and #EndTinubu to be perpetrated by haters under the guise of #EndSARS still beats me.
To those of you selling out Yorubas because of pvssy and dicks, you will all get what you deserve. Eyin oponu de de. Others are busy guarding their lands and development jealously, they are there exposing theirs to destruction

TINUBU DOES NOT ENTER BRT, BUHARI DOES NOT GO TO SHOPRITE AT SURULERE, THE BUSINESSES DESTROYED PAYS THE BILLS OF ORDINARY NIGERIANS TOO, SO WHY DESTROY THEM. YOU PEOPLE ARE LUCKY YOU DID NOT RELEASE EVANS THE KIDNAPPER AND HIS COLLEAGUES FROM THE PRISON ALL IN THE NAME OF PRISON BREAK.... SICK GENERATION

Since most BRT buses have been vandalized the danfo guys are the biggest winners from this. It won't be surprising to see them increase transport fare exorbitantly. And I doubt if replacing those buses will be of utmost important to LASG. One Marcopolo Viale is not less than 120m.

Las las we go survive...

Congratulations to the peaceful protesters both on the street and online supporters.
You guys did it.
You set back hardworking people for years by destroying their businesses.

We move! We are not backing down! We go again tomorrow! They messed with the wrong generation! Yen yen yen yen yen.

100k job loss is just a conservative estimation. When the dust finally settles down and we do the real estimation of the jobs lost directly and indirectly, we will be looking at close to 1million. The value of the properties lost is another thing entirely. All over nothing! cry cry cry
