I think what the NA should try doing is putting indigenes of the NW and NE in these places. You can't possibly put a Nnamdi or Olumide there and expect results, since the locals will probably see it as an attempt by the South to kill Northerners. Additionally, security is local, and indigenes will probably know the locals and environment better.

So what happened to intelligence gathering by the Nigeria Arm? All their years of anti-terrorism training seems like a waste.
