Lagos east senate: even though the pdp candidate babatunde gbadamosi is popular, apc is completely dominant here.the ex bank manager abiru who is the apc candidate will surely carry the day..

Cross river north: pdp is expected to win here, they are still popular on cross river and the state governor has vested interests in the polls.except for any shocker, pdp will win but I won't put it past Joe agi of the apc..

Imo north;the apc is dominant here.whichever candidate they present, they will win.the pdp candidate okewulonu is like a whipping boy,an orphan.he will likely not win more than two LGAs.apc will most definitely win here though the pdp might present a tough fight...

Bayelsa west:the pdp candidate ex governor Dickson is dominant here esp in sagbama and should take this election except ebebi pulls a shocker..

Bayelsa central;the apc is very strong here especially in southern ijaw LGA where the popular David Lyon is from.apc should win this LGA,yenagoa LGA will be won narrowly by any party while kolokuma should go to pdp..

Plateau south:the battle here will be the toughest.pdp will take langtang north and south lgas.apc will take wase and shendam lgas by a large margin.mikang and quanpan lgas will narrowly go to apc..the apc candidate prof Nora is a stooge of governor lalong who wants to go to the senate so the apc will put serious effort here...

I predicted that a party with P in its name would win

And a body with I in its name will announce the winner.

I foresee the possibility of tribunal after election

Money will definitely exchange hands.

I don't know much about Lagos but I believe it will go APC. In the case of Bayelsa State Seriake Dickson will win with a landslide while Bayelsa Central will be won by Moses Cleopas Z, though it will be tough because both candidates of PDP and APC are from southern Ijaw Cleopas will carry the day because of the votes of Yenagoa and Kolokuma-Opokuma.

The voting process is gradually taking off in Epe, Lagos East Senatorial District.

Residents of the town are taking their time to come out. The atmosphere is calm and people are going about their businesses normally.

But, for the restriction of vehicular movements, today would pass like any other Saturday. Commercial motorcycle operators are busy ferrying people from one location to another.

As at 0900am, INEC ad-hoc officials have already set up their equipment in most areas visited by our reporter.

At Polling Unit 002, Ward 4, near the Central Mosque, Oke Balogun area, where Deputy Governor ‘Femi Hamzat is registered to vote, for instance, at large crowd is already on ground as at 0900am and going through the process of casting their vote.

The Isi-Uzo State Constituency By-Election in Enugu State on Saturday begun without any hitches, even as voters conducted themselves in a peaceful manner.

Newsmen report that INEC is conducting a by-election in Isi-Uzo State Constituency following the death of the member representing the area, Mr Chijioke Ugwueze, early this year.

The late lawmaker’s wife, Amaka Ugwueze is standing as the Peoples Democratic Party candidate, with Engr. Macdonald Ejiofor Okworfor contesting as candidate of the All Progressives Congress.

Newsmen monitoring the by-election reports that polling units had been activated with voting ongoing.

Newsmen further report that eligible voters in Isi-Uzo council area were seen making their way to the polling units to vote.

Dr Emeka Ononamadu, INEC’s Resident Electoral Commissioner (REC) in Enugu State, told newsmen that the commission had kept faith with the time set for the election and ensured that all polling units opened on Saturday at exactly 8:30a.m.

Ononamadu said that the verification and voting process had so far been without human or technical hitches.

He also said that the turnout of voters had continued to increase at each polling unit.

“We have fully activated all polling centres and units within Isi-Uzo.

“We kept faith with our timing of 8:30 a.m. and voting is currently ongoing in all polling units within the 11 political wards in the council area.

“It has been generally peaceful and the electorates had been conducting themselves in a matured and peaceful manner so far,’’ he said.

The REC noted with the hitch-free and timely commencement of the election, “it is highly possible that voting will end at 2:30p.m.’’

Nine political parties are vying for the post in the constituency by-election and major parties include the APC and PDP.

A total of 69,626 registered voters in Isi-Uzo council area are expected to vote

The votes from Southern Ijaw during the Governorship Election was blatantly rigged by APC even when the Governor General held sway he never had type of huge votes, going back into mathematical history in 2015 Timipre Sylva had 60,000 votes that were later rejected by the Electoral body and suddenly in 2019 it was doubled to 124,000. Common this type of American Wonder 100 percent increase is what makes people including myself say that APC is very crude in rigging and the most painful is that they don't give a damn. Anyway let's see how this plays out but I stand by my prediction PDP will carry the day.

The problem with you pdp guys is that you talk csrelessly.is apc the only one rigging? Has pdp not been rigging bayelsa? Pdp right from 2003 always gets 90% in bayelsa, how can? What is more blattant than that? Lyon had 350,000 diri 140,000,,what of Dickson that had 417,000 while others had 50,000 in 2012? In 2015,buhari had 5000 in bayelsa but pdp had 90,000 in katsina? Which election is worse than 2007 polls which inec cannot fully compute the results?

Dickson had 34,000 in sagbama in 2015 but diri had 68,000 there, how come? Southern ijaw has 180,000 voters, why can't 124,000 be possible? What of ikpeazu that had 82,000 out of 85,000 in obingwa?what of wike that polls over 200,000 in obio akpor? Have you seen the 2015 akwa ibom results? Apc rigs only where it is popular and strong, pdp strives to rig everywhere.the social media wasnt strong during the time of pdp unlike now so every little wrong apc does is exaggerated.my friend, apc rigs with a human face.apc is better than pdp.keep your hatred aside and speak objectively
